ACBAR The Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief (ACBAR) was established in 1988 and has 90 national and international member agencies. ACBAR coordinates key advocacy and policy issues from the field as well as acting as a major conduit for information sharing between the NGO community, government, UNAMA, Coalition, NATO and donors.
